ITM College of Arts and Science, Kannur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a boys hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The college has a Girls hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The College has a well-stacked Computerized library in the college having books, Journals, and publications on various subjects and languages. Special care is taken to add enough books based on the new syllabus and curriculum each year. The library uses COHA, an Integrated Library Management System, for its in-house activities. This allows users to search a book's Author wise, Title wise, Subject wise, and keywords; review items checked out; determine return dates.

1. Library provides internet service to all its members. Newly added books are displayed on New Arrival Display Board near the entrance

2. College Identity card containing a barcode is provided to the members and using this ID card and barcode reader member’s entry and exit are marked in the computer at the entrance of the library. All the books in the library are bar coded. The issue and return process is carried out at the circulation desk using the bar-coded identity card issued to the users.

3. College has a digital library that contains e-books, e-journals, and question papers of all previously conducted university examinations of the courses/programs available in the Library.

The College has IT education is an integral part of the curriculum nowadays. We are well aware of this. So the college has the most modern computer center with a sufficient number of computers and ample internet facilities.

This College has a Canteen for the convenience of the staff and students of the College. Meals and refreshments at the concessional rate are available in the canteen for both staff and students.

The College of Arts and Science has a well-equipped Physics lab. Students can perform experiments related to almost all topics in Physics. Laboratory exercises reinforce the concepts of Physics taught in the theory classes.

The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like, photocopying facility & stationery, etc.). Notebooks, textbooks, record books, stationery, etc. are available at the Student Store at a reasonable rate. Photo Copy facility is also available at the students' store.

The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The College has facilities that have been provided for football, Volleyball, Cricket, Kabaddi, Ball- badminton, Shuttle badminton, Table tennis, and Athletics. A sports council has been constituted to provide impetus to those students interested in sports and games. Mr. Jose Joseph is a Physical education officer.

The college has a good networking for the alumni associations.

The college has a transport facility for students and staff.

The College buses are servicing in Kannur – Puthiyatheru - Mayyil route and Kannur - Mele Covva - Chalode route. Students may use this facility to conveniently reach the college on time.

ITM College of Arts and Science is a 24-hour Wi-Fi-enabled campus. Students can surf the Internet for academic and professional requirements. The college has a state-of-the-art computer lab where students can access the Internet for educational pursuits.

ITM College of Arts and Science has arranged a parking area for vehicles of students and staff on the campus separately. Entry of vehicles beyond that point is strictly prohibited.
