So as you have mentioned your percentile in JEE mains 2022 is 65 percentile and you belong to SC category. Your predicted rank can be nearly  lakhs . But surely you can get reservation benefits for SC category as well as home state quota.

Seeing the previous year cutoffs for JEC Jabalpur for SC category, the 2020 cut off for Round 1 of CSE closed at rank 1.8 lacs. For information technology, round 1 closing rank was nearly 2.4 lakh for open quota. where as if we see 2021 cut off for open quota CSE closing rank was nearly 1.9 lakh, for IT, it was nearly 2.7 lakh.

I think that you should leave your present college at the drop of a hat to get admission into Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kottayam. JEC, Jabalpur is a Government Affiliated Engineering college under Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal . The college offers many courses in both UG & PG. Congratulations for the results and hope you are doing well but only the residents of West Bengal can get admission in the government colleges of West Bengal so you can only go for some private college of West Bengal though with your JEE main rank you can try on some seats but the chances are very very low .
