Among these two, NIT Sikkim seems to be better choice. There are multiple reasons to say this. First NIT Sikkim is an Institution of National Importance . This makes institute like NITs apart from normal engineering colleges. The second reason is placements. The average package for placement in NIT Sikkim is 6.30 Lakh with around 60% of students get placed . For JEC, there is not much information available regarding placements. Also NIT Sikkim offers better higher studies Oppurtunities than JEC Jabalpur. After consider all this factor, NIT Sikkim seems better choice than JEC Jabalpur.

Hello Aspirant! Admissions in JEC Jabalpur hasn't started yet as the results aren't out. However, we don't know or we can't predict the exact number of students taking admission in the batch of 2021. Also it's not much of a concern about how many students take admission or not.

As per the official website and the reviews available, most student get the hostel facility be it boys or girls. So if you take admission and if you wish to get a hostel then there is a good chance of above 90% that you will get a hostel undoubtedly.

The placement rate as well as the placement package have dropped for the CSE at JEC JABALPUR. As per the data available, in the session 2018-19 the placement percentage for CSE was 83% with average package of Rs. 4LPA. But in the session 2019-20 the Placement percentage for CSE dropped to 35% with the average package of Rs. 3.5LPA. After this session no data is available.

When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:

• Infrastructure
• Curriculum
• Faculties
• Placement

Now if you consider this then SGSITS Indore will be better. But if you consider the subjects then it would be better to go for JEC JABALPUR. See if you are interested in CSE then going for ECE is a bad choice. Secondly if you are interested in ECE then also the maximum possibility is that you have to work in a IT field which is essentially a work field of CSE and as there are lack in core jobs you have to go for it. Now its your choice. Although both the colleges have more or less same kind of stature but the placements in SGSITS is a bit better. So if you wish to go for a better placement go for SGSITS. If you wish to go for CSE then go for JEC JABALPUR.

With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that mits gwalior    would be the better option as it holds 138 nirf ranking , well organized infrastructure and non-smoking green campus . Faculties are also very helpful and plays huge role in increasing coding culture .  Placement scenario is aslo very decent , most of the students are placed with an average package of 3.5 lakhs and highest went up to 12lakhs
