I chose the BBA course because I want to learn both management and business terms and it has both theoretical and practical concepts. It helps the students to have all the knowledge. I want to be an entrepreneur. I took JIMS kalkaji because of the faculty many of them are PHD holders with recognized colleges. The way of teaching very easy and knowledgeable. The Ratio of faculty and student is 1:15. The exam are held twice in one semester that is one is internal and second one is external.
JIMS has its own placement cell which comprises teachers and students working together to get the best opportunities. The placement cell is active throughout the internship opportunities. The internship opportunities are open for all years whether it is first year or final year. The campus placement starts in September and only for the final year. Companies like Amazon, Godrej, Deloitte and many more provide offers to students. The average CTC offered to the PDGM students ranges from 6 -8 lakh.
The BBA course cost per year is Rs.100000. Yes, I feel I am getting my money's worth because studying from JIMS kalkaji helps me get a good job offers and get me placed in a reputed organization. It helps to get good package which satisfies me and it feels me my money is worth it.
The college campus is good. The best part it is very big. There are many societies like NSS, dance society, music society, Placement society, Communion society and many more. Through these societies students are engage in different activities. All the people whether they are students or teacher or staff all are very supportive. Talking about location, it is located in south delhi and it is very safe place.
The college infrastructure is good. The college has a good and big library, smart classes and labs. They are well maintained as well. The classes are hygienic and clean. The canteen is also very hygienic.
The quality of the teaching is good here. The curriculum is too updated and practical in nature. The faculty have great knowledge and are updated with the current events and developments in their specialization.
The placements are based on your knowledge and skills and eventually your calibre. Good companies do come. Brands like Deloitte, CBRE, Tata, Asian paints, Dabur, MRF, Mahindra, Grofers, Wipro, and many more brands come for placements.
College Infrastructure is moderate , having AC in every classrooms , live projectors are available , vast library with numerous publisher's books , journals , newspaper etc. Campus is good in itself , College is located in South Delhi near Kalkaji metro station . We can state that JIMS Kalkaji is one of the decent college under 2 - tier B-Schools.
The quality of teaching is good , faculty are focus on theoretical part as well give an immense practical knowledge about industry . Course curriculum is job oriented where faculty not only makes you perfect in subject but also guide you as per your interest area and help in personality development skills also.
The quality of placement is good , placement committee put their 100% efforts to placed each and every student at reputed companies, . You can say 98% students of last batch get placed . The highest salary are around 14 lac and average are around - 4-6 lac offered by companies .

You will definitely get your value for money here. Apart from the syllabus knowledge you'll get the opportunity to increase your knowledge in your area of interest. As college has different clubs as well like finance, marketing , hr etc
Campus is quite small and it does not have its own ground for sports students but at the same time it has all the required facilities like labs , canteen , library etc. College staff and teachers are very supportive. And kalkaji police station is right next to the college so it is a safe place for students to take admission.
College has all the basic infrastructure that is required for teaching, there are facilities like smartboards, projectors, wifi, air conditioners and more. The campus is neat and cleaned well often and is generally very tidy. The campus does not have much open space but in short it's above average in pure infrastructure.
I'm pursuing BBA, looking for further growth in management. I'm really impressed with the quality of teaching and the faculty as most of them are highly experienced and maintain great professionalism as required. The curriculum regularly updates wrt the university and fits the bill as something that'll make good graduates.
Th e quality of placement is above average for Bachelor's Degrees with several companies taking home employees from the college directly. Above 30% are offered placements after Bachelors with the average package being 2.5LPA going up to 4LPA.
The overall cost of the course for 3 years including additional expenses round about roughly to 3,30,000 which is a bit expensive with respect to the opportunities, ambience and structure of the college.
Campus is composed of a single building with multiple floors including a library, auditorium, canteen, computer labs, extracurricular rooms. The students can engage in activities in multiple clubs and represent the college in various disciples including cultural and sport activities. The crowd around the college is one the most positive aspect as it generally very pleasant and supportive. The college is located right next to a Police Station as well as a hospital in a prime location.
Campus has a very good Infrastructure. Campus is located in the heart of south Delhi. Campus has a rich well stocked library with books covering all the management subjects, also EBook and online databases are also available for the students, they have language labs for personality development, WiFi enabled campus, good size lecture rooms, auditorium, conference hall, gym, etc.
The staff of the college is highly educated. They are quite helpful. The objective of the college is to equip students with necessary conceptual , human, and technical skills for the managerial decision making and their implementation. Teachers help students in every way they can, and they are approachable for all sorts of doubts that students may have. We had exam per semester and then some class test are required by the teachers. The highest marks are usually in between 7-8 CGPA.
Placements of this college is average. There is a placement cell in the college taking care of all this. Many students get placed at the college. The college offers a great opportunity in terms of placement, but we need to work hard on our skills because at the end everything is depends on you and your hard work.
I have done my BCom. (Hons) from the same college. My course cost was Rs. 7,95,000 (Total Fee). No. I don't feel that it is affordable by every family. The fee is bit high. But if you get placed in some company, in that case definitely fees structure will be worth for you.
There are several fest conducted by different clubs that are run by students themselves according to the day or festivals. They also have a a hug playground at the back of our college. There are extracurricular activities and sports activities offered. There are drama, society, music, and society clubs are there. Yes, I enjoyed my college life very much.
College is giving moral integrity and encourage ethical behavior in the workplace.
College is equipped with huge size classes and later with air conditioners. It has got all basic amenities required for an average B school. College is equipped with laboratories, libraries and parking facility for 2 wheeler vehicles within campus. Canteen is also average with all basic food with good hygiene maintained.
Currently undergoing PGDM-IB with triple specialisation in marketing, finance and international business. Course curriculum is designed well. Course material provided by college is also hoti the mark.
So far we not had placement session, but whatever we experienced and heard from our seniors, placements were more or less just more than average despite covid outbreak. We had internship for our batch, and each one got 1 or more offers via campus only.
Course fees stands 7.70 lac during our acedmic session. Since I got 25% scholarship, I feel course will turn out to be worthy enough after receiving job offer.
Unfortunate for us, due to pandemic ravaging in delhi streets, we couldn't had much of physical interaction. But in fewer interaction with faculty and batch mates, overall things were fine.
JIMS Kalkaji has all the necessary infrastructure: They have Computer labs with all the necessary software which are up to date. Library is well stocked and comfortable. All the Classes are equipped with smart board and wifi for all the classes.
JIMS staff are well experienced and all have their different teaching methods. Apart from the teachers there are diffrent panels invited in seminars and webinars which are also very helpful. The curriculum is updated and all the knowldege we get is practical based.
Placement is one of the things that makes JIMS Kalkaji better from other colleges. The placement department is very helpful in guiding you what is best option for you when it comes to career options. Some of the student get internship in companies like ITC, Hindustan Times etc.
The location where the college is located is one of the best things . Located centrally in South Delhi , opposite to Nehru Place . The infrastructure is not so big , proper hygiene is maintained and food is also good, won’t say it’s that bad. College has all the necessary facilities & equipment’s.
I am pursing B.Com honours from Jims Kalkaji, and I personally have loved the faculty of my course. And all the other teachers with whom I have interacted of different courses are also very good and well trained. Completely satisfied with the faculty , they are properly trained and concerned regarding the students. All the teachers are cooperative.
Being a fresher I can’t say about the placements , but I believe that they might have something good for all their students in terms of placement. As far as I am aware I believe that the UG placements are there in the college but only given to the students who are good academically and overall . PGDM placements are better.
If I am not wrong the course cost ₹88,000 per year. Yes , I firmly believe that I am getting my money’s worth in this college. All the things regarding college are good .
Currently due to pandemic , unable to say anything about the college life but , whenever everything becomes fine , I believe the college life will be amazing .
Every student must try to get into this college I would say if you are not able to make it in Delhi University.
