Jai Maa Sharde College, Shikohabad Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

It is a co-educational college based in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. The college has meager seats at the undergraduate levels to ensure quality education and provide individual attention to all the students. The campus of the college is compact with an area of 2.5 acres. It offers an optimal space for learning for the students. Jai Maa Sharde College has been approved by the NCTE.

Jai Maa Sharde College has its admissions process tailored for the selection of deserving candidates into undergraduate and diploma courses. With 26 seats under its different courses, this ensures that the experience remains focused and personal. In most cases, admission is by merit-considered marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Most of the programs require completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination with marks obtained from a recognized board. Admission policies to the college are governed by the state government of Uttar Pradesh and the UT administration. The eligibility criterion may also be entrance examination or other forms of selection for different programs.

Application Process

Application process for Jai Maa Sharde College, Shikohabad, is different for different programs:

1. Application form can be downloaded from the college website or at the college campus.

2. Fill up application form: Fill in all the information required in the application form without any errors, and ensure personal and academic information is correct.

3. Attach needed documents: One needs to attach all the essential documents, and these may be:

• Mark sheets of qualifying examinations (10th and 12th)
• Character certificate from the last attended institution

6. Entrance Examination, if applicable: For some of the programs such as D.El.Ed., it is mandatory that the candidates would have to face an entrance examination as per state government policy.

7. Verification of documents: Call for shortlisted candidates for verification of documents. Do not forget to carry all the original documents with you.

8. Fee Payment and seat reservation : After your selection and verification, you'll be required to pay admission fees to confirm your seat.

9. Orientation: Attend the orientation program of the college to get familiar with the campus, faculties, and rules and regulation of the college.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.A.: This course is designed as a three-year bachelor's in the arts course by Jai Maa Sharde College, intended for human science students. Merit-based entry will be based on marks from qualifying 10+2. As specific eligibility or no number of available seats can be stated regarding the program, admission to it should ideally be with an HSSLC qualification.

B.Sc.: Science lovers are also facilitated with a three-year bachelor's degree in Science, B.Sc. programs here. Merit is probably a criterion for admission to a B.Sc. program also, just like for a B.A. program. The student who has passed 10+2 having science subjects is eligible to apply. Number of seats for B.Sc. program is not known.

D.El.Ed.: It has a popular two-year Diploma in Elementary Education programme. The accredited intake capacity of this programme is 100. D.El.Ed. Eligibility: Pass in the higher secondary or equivalent examination, 10 + 2 pattern, with at least 50 % marks. Admission to D.El.Ed. program is made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination, or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/UT Administration.
