2. Application Form: Admission form can be either purchased from the campus or downloaded from the university site if it is available through online mode.
3. Filling Up of Form: The aspirants need to fill the application form with the correct personal particulars along with academic details. Candidates must ensure that all particulars are correct and correspond to those mentioned in the supporting documents.
4. Submission of Documents: The following documents may be attached with the completely filled application form: 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificate with Transfer Certificate from the previous institution, Character Certificate, recent passport-size photo, some other documents required by the college or mentioned by the university in charge.
5. Submission of Application: Personally or by post, to be submitted on or before that date to the admissions office, the full application forms should be accompanied by all relevant documents.
6. Merit List: The college prepares the merit list considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination (12th standard) and other conditions prescribed by the university.
7. Admission Confirmation: After declaring the merit list, the selected candidates will be able to confirm their admissions upon payment of the prescribed amount of money and undertaking such other processes laid down by the college in this regard.
Degree wise Admission Process
BA Entrance Admissions Process: Currently, Janta Mahavidyalay, Ballia, offers only a Bachelor of Arts degree. This three-year undergraduate program welcomes students who want to study in the Humanities and Social Sciences programs further. Access to the program is by purely merit of marks obtained in the 10+2 examination. Students who have completed their higher secondary schooling in subjects related to the Arts stream are eligible for application. There are eight faculty members in place for delivering quality education for this program.
