Degree wise Admission Procedure

B.Tech: JNIT Hyderabad offers four courses in B.Tech with 420-intake seats. The seat allocation is as per the following table:

  • B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering: 180
  • B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering: 120
  • B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering: 60
  • B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering: 60

Eligibility for B.Tech programs usually means passing 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects. Admission is on merit in the qualifying exam and can also be on the basis of the performance in respective engineering entrance tests.
