60 MonthsBachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) Honours is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by the University of Calcutta, Kolkata with the approval of the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Eligibility Criteria
- Seeking admission into a 5-year law course only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
- The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
- The Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.
Admission Details
Admission to the Honours Course is done in the 6th Semester. For B.A.LL.B.( Hons ) a merit list is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Higher Secondary Examination(10+2) and in the 1st to 5th Semester B.A.LL.B. Examination.
