Hi ,you haven't mentioned your category and the state of which you have domicile , nevertheless in neet ug 2019 cutoff was for
Unreserved-701-134
SC/ST/OBC- 133-107
UN-PH- 133-120
SC/ST/OBC PH -119-107
So as per your category if you secure marks within the limits mentioned above then you are declared as qualified . But remember qualifying exam alone doesn't make it definite for you to secure a seat in government college. You need to score 600+ marks to increase your chances of getting a seat. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on several factors like number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category. As the time is very less keep preparing and give your best .
If you want to know the cutoff as per your category and your state do let us know

Hello,

you must be more specific about what college you are looking for and asking for the fees and the teaching mode. In most of the colleges in India the fees are almost same for both non domicile and domicile candidates. Also that teaching mode in almost all colleges in India is in English. So don't worry go ahead.

Thank you. Good Luck !
