Extra Curricular Activities
Kanya Mahavidyalaya also staredNSS unitunder the guidance of GauhatiUniversity NSS cell in the year 2012, 18th October under the chairperson Dr.Rina Rani Bardaloi, principal of Kanya Mahavidyalaya and Sri Tridib Goswami, Asstt. Professor of History department was the programme officer / member secretary of the NSS unit of Kanya Mahavidyalaya. NSS unit of KanyaMahavidyalaya adopted Bonda village, Panikhati Goan Panchayyat, Kamrup district, Assam with a view to formation of a Model village and to render social services. Under NSS unit, kanya Mahavidlaya many activities conducted at that village. Such as women empowerment programme, plantation and cleanliness programmes, environmental awareness programme, health awareness programmes literacy survey etc.
