Karnal Institute of Technology and Management, Karnal Admission Process

The Karnal Institute of Technology and Management offers admissions to engineering degree courses through the online application portal of Kurukshetra University. Candidates who have cleared the KITM eligibility criteria may register themselves at the university website. KITM follows the Haryana State Society admission calendar. The admission process begins in the month of June and ends with the seats being allotted before the start of the month of September.




KITM Admission Process 

  • The eligible candidates shall register on the KUK University online portal

  • The candidates have to upload the necessary documents to the portal

  • The university will contact the applicant and begin the counselling process.

  • After the counselling and selection of the college and branch/department of the degree course



KITM UG Admissions 2024

The admission process will begin during the month of July. The B.Tech course is a full-time degree course and is 4 years long, while the BBA course is 3 years long.

Candidates with a 45% aggregate in the 12th board examinations are eligible to apply. Results in JEE are also considered for B.Tech courses.

KITM PG Admissions 2024

The KITM admission process will begin during the month of July. The M.Tech/MBA course is a full-time postgraduate degree course and is 2 years long.

Candidates with a 50% aggregate in the undergraduate qualifying examinations are eligible to apply. Results in GMAT are also considered for M.Tech courses.

Candidates with a 50% aggregate in the undergraduate qualifying examinations are eligible to apply. Results in CAT examinations are also considered during the admission process.


Note: A 5% relaxation is given to reserved category students in all the courses, as per the AICTE norms.
