The College provides Hostel accommodation facilities for boys to out-station students. The College has its own Hostel building which can accommodate more than 400 students. The Hostel is located very near the campus and is well-maintained and supervised. The hostel has in-house kitchen facilities along with a dining hall for the benefit of students. At KAMC Hostels, our efficient wardens ensure that our students have comfortable and safe accommodations. Special care and attention are provided to ensure our students live in comfort and hygiene. The College Library has a huge collection of books on varied subjects. An ample collection of CDs, several journals, magazines, publications, and Helinet facilities is available in the Library. The library is a sprawling area where around 100 students can be accommodated at a time. For our students, the KAMC Library is one of the most comprehensive learning centers on campus, boasting a rich and diverse collection of reference and research materials and books.

The College has sports facilities. The overall development of students at Karnataka Ayurveda Medical College extends beyond academic learning to include extracurricular activities. We at KAMC believe in the overall development of our students, and we actively encourage them to engage in sports & games, cultural activities, and festival celebrations. Moreover, at KAMC, we have a tradition to celebrate most of the regional festivals in our college, thereby introducing our students to various cultures and traditions of our region.
