Through the four times yearly JEE Mains exam, KIET offers admission. The Mains test would fill 85% of the seats, while the remaining 15% would be filled by management quota. You must pass the written test and have a decent grade in PCM in class 12. It's .kay as per your percentage. Try to maintain above 50%/

Hello,

As you secured this rank in jee mains ,i would suggest you to go for any home state colleges which is not through josaa because then there will be greater chances of getting non core branches for you.

Although some conditions vary the cut offs because of the number of candidates appearing in the examination, choices filled by the candidates number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.

If you want to know about the colleges you can get ,you can check out the link given below -

Dear Aspirant,

Every institute’s has its own admission process.  Also, the admisisons for various different courses  have some particular eligibity criteria.

See, if you want to take admisisons on direct basis then you can simply visit the college and fill the form and pay the fees but for that you need your class 12th marksheet. So that is why you should wait till the examination is completed for class 12th.

I hope this information will help you.

Thank you and good luck.

You can go for LPU as it is good college and have good placements.

You can also compare both the colleges from given below link

Good Luck!!

Hi,

In my opinion, you should go for KIET.

SRM being a deemed university is entirely different from the colleges which are affiliated to Aktu (Abdul kalam technical university).

KIET is best in all respects whether it is related to Academics or extra curricular activities. The college aims just not only on rot learning but also prepare the students for future challenges .Various clubs like SAE of college have gone to various IIT's and outside country and brought laurels to the college. Faculty is too good here who takes the utmost care of all the students and put their best efforts in bringing the best in child. Coming to placements, KIET has good placement record among all uptu colleges. Mostly companies come there.

So you can take your decision accordingly. I don't suggest to take SRM Modinagar (which is in Delhi-NCR) if you are getting that, instead of that KIET is much better option.

But if you are getting SRM chennai and you have no problem in going there then you must surely opt for that college as it is one of the top private universities and they have a good placement record.

HOPE THIS HELPS.
Good luck.

Hi,

According to me JSS NOIDA is the better college for CSE as compared to other colleges this is according to me. In terms of placement KIET and JSS has an edge over AKG, but you can enjoy a great college life in JSS because it has a location in Noida and nearest to Delhi amongst the three.

For admission in CSE priority list will be :-

  1. JSS
  2. KIET
  3. AKG

When it comes to placements in CS, any given college associated with AKTU is nearly the same. There's only a meagre difference in packages in such colleges.

The only difference is in exposure. Personally speaking, in AKG tjere is quite a lot for CS students. If you are able to get the most out of these resources, you can beat your competitors and get a slightly better package, who knows quite a lot more.

Hope this helps
