Master of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by The West Bengal University of Teachers Training Education Planning and Administration, Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed B.Ed Training (Bachelor of Education) with 50% marks or D.El.Ed with 50% marks or B.Sc B.Ed with 50% marks B.El.Ed with 50% marks or D.El.Ed with an undergraduate degree with 50% marks each from the any recognized university of India or its equivalent degree is eligible for making an application for admission in the M.Ed course. The admission of the candidate shall be made on the basis of merit through the mechanism adopted as per the rule.

Admission Details

Admission Shall be Made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/Government/University/UT Administration.
