Kovai Kalaimagal College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has separate hostels for boys inside the campus to accommodate 650 boys. Facilities for playing indoor games and common reading rooms with audiovisual equipment are available in all the hostels.

The college has separate hostels for girls inside the campus to accommodate 750 girls. Facilities for playing indoor games and common reading rooms with audiovisual equipment are available in all the hostels.

The college has provided First Aid Medical Facilities within the campus. Special facilities are also provided at the time of emergency 24 Hrs ambulance facility is also available on the campus.

The college has a full-fledged gymnasium equipped with the latest fitness and wellness equipment, weight lifting facilities, parallel bars, dumbbells, and other equipment.

The College has a library for developing the skills required for getting employment like communication skills, Mathematical Aptitude, Crisis Management, Problem Solving, Creative Thinking, etc., and for enhancing knowledge for appearing for competitive examinations, etc., by referring to the concerned books available in the library. 

The college has also a good infrastructure for sports and games which includes courts for Ball Badminton, Volleyball, and Basketball, facilities for games like Kabbadi, Kho – Kho, etc., and a multi-gym for physical fitness.

The college has a total of 306 computers which are kept in 4 laboratories, an office, a library, and departments. To maintain these computers from malfunctioning the computers two systems engineers have been separately appointed so that the students will not get affected even for a single class.  

The college has Cafeteria that has been located near and easily accessible from the academic and administrative wings. The Cafeteria has been well planned and laid out in the midst of gardens.

The college bus starts from Gandhipuram Bus stand at 7:45 am (on all working days) and departs back from the college at 4.45 pm.
