Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore also known as KCT Coimbatore is a private institution which was established in 1984 under the guidance of the Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation. Kumaraguru College of Technology has been approved by All Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is also affiliated to Anna University.
KCT Coimbatore offers undergraduate courses that lead to a B.E/B.Tech degree in fifteen distinct specialisations. Meanwhile, KCT Coimbatore offers graduate courses that lead to M.E/M.Tech, and MCA degrees, with fourteen specialisation programmes. Eleven research specialisations are available in Ph.D. curricula offering KCT doctoral courses.

Mahalingam, the founder and Chairman of Sakthi Group and KCT, instituted the annual Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarship Awards to encourage students in pursuing higher education. Our college infrastructure is excellent and it has all the necessities like wifi and etc,. Our classrooms have good atmosphere and it has smart board facilities for the lecturers. Coming to the library, we have all books we needed for the curriculum. The food is tasty and hygienic.
