You have not mentioned whether you are eligible for Delhi state 85% qouta or not. Hence i am enlisting both AIQ and DU internal qouta last rank admission (UR CATEGORY) details in the 1st round of counselling in the year 2018.

UCMS, NEW DELHI-

• AIR 79 (AIQ)

LHMC-

• AIR 4328 (DU internal)
• AIR 194 (AIQ)

Hence if you are eligible for the delhi state qouta then you can get admission in Lady hardinge Medical College.

The last rank of students admitted in these colleges in the 1st round allotment of the 2018 under OBC category with du internal quota were:-  

Lady Harding Medical College

• 13513 AIR

• 8923 AIR

Although cutoffs vary every year still you can get an idea of the latest cutoff.

According to your score and last years cutoff you do stand a good chance of getting in one of these colleges.

If you have the DU domicile then chance are a littke more higher than if you do not have delhi domicile. 

Your chances seem fair enough. However nothing can be said with absolute surity because the cutoff trend tends to vary year.

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have chance for both the colleges under the Du 85 Percent seats benefit.

Last year for the obc category the closing cutoff marks for the Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi was 520 closing and for the University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, Delhi was 533 marks closing.

Acc to last year's (2018) 1st round allotment list in NEET ug the last rank to be admitted in the Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi under obc category in DU INTERNAL QOUTA was 13513 (AIR).

Under All India Quota the last rank admitted had the rank of AIR 425.

The cut off for admission in Lady Hardinge Medical College under the State quota for the OBC category was a rank of 15,669 and a score of 532 in the previous year  Hence according to the previous year trends if you score above this range in NEET 2019 then you will have a fair chance of admission in this college.

Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.

As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information. If you are of general or obc category then no government medical college in any state.
