Firstly, to get admission in any college through neet you need to qualify neet from belonging to any category. There are cutoff marks for each category. Generally, the cutoff goes around 133+ gor general to 107 for SC/ST/PWD. So, minimum you should get this mark. Now for any college there is different cutoff mark provided by the college itself. No, it is not. Diploma in Physiotherapy (D. P. T. ) is a professional course in medical nursing. The course can be pursued after successful completion of the 10+2 level of education in the Science stream from a recognized education board. Top Institutes offering this course are:

If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam. There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology). You can opt for Bachelor of Physiotherapy which is total of 4.5 years programmes

Yes you can get admission for BPT without NEET 2020, as NEET is not required for BPT Admissions,
But the universities may take up special exams for this course.
However only some states like Maharastra may consider NEET marks for this course.
But the basic criteria for eligibility for BPT entry is scoring more than 50% in subjects like physics, chemistry, biology and english compulsory.
