The Maa Bhagwata Kunwar Institute of Polytechnic, Mau (MBKIP) is an affiliated college situated in Mau, Uttar Pradesh of India. Founded with a noble aim to produce quality technical education the institute offers diploma courses in different engineering streams. Syllabi in MBKIP are recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) thus promoting standard technical education in the country. The faculty of the institute encompasses 36 members, all striving to produce the future generation of professional personalities.

MBKIP provides five diploma courses in various disciplines to meet various interests of the intending engineer. The institute is fully aware of the need to ensure that its students are placed in the right learning environment. MBKIP has a library department whereby the school possesses many books that would help the students and faculty to gain knowledge. Thecollege has also embraced the provision of equipment in the laboratory with resources that enhance practical learning. MBKIP has understood the significance of IT today and hence has an excellent IT support where student have access to the most current tools. For those with interest in physical activities the institute provides for various sports facilities in order to ensure balance between academics and physical bodies.

MBKIP currently provides a total of five full time diploma courses all of which take three years to complete. The institute ‘s academic offer in this type is represented Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Production Engineering, Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Civil Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Automobile Engineering. These are first and foremost aimed at giving students the right grounding to enable them start of on a good note in the chosen field. The combined approval for the admission of all courses is 300 seats, Electrical Engineering admitting ninety students, Computer Science fifty each for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Production Engineering and Mechanical Automobile Engineering admitting thirty.

Maa Bhagwata Kunwar Institute of Polytechnic keeps no complicated admission criteria across each year and semester for the knowledge seekers. As for the details of the admission process, it is not clear, but it is conventional how polytechnic institutes use academic achievement in appropriate courses and tests.
