Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samstha College of Nursing Education For Women, Nagpur Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college has a campus hostel facility for outstation Female students. As of today around 180 students can stay on campus with all facilities including, Mess, Washing machines, TV room, Drinking water supply (Aquaguard filter), water coolers, Telephone booth, Generator backup (day and night), hot water facility (solar water heating system), Wifi facility, Gym facility, etc. The whole campus is under surveillance by CCTV cameras and security guards around the clock. The capacity of the hostel would be increased to a maximum of 700 students within three years. With an open landscape and riverside view with lots of vegetation, the Hostel stay would be a pleasant and quiet environment best suitable for good academic pursuance.

The institute library has an advisory committee with the Chairperson, LMC, Principal, Class Coordinator, Librarian, and Student representative. The library is using partially automated “E-Library Software”. The students are free to access books from the book racks and chosen books are issued to them using the barcode system on books and by using borrower ID numbers for students. The college library provides a book bank facility for needy and economically poor background Students. Students can issue the previous year's question papers of the university both BSc. and Post Basic BSc. Nursing. Many events are organised in the library like,12 Aug. Librarian Day, Book exhibition, Library intro for new batch & many more. The library has a collection of many non-literary books which form a good source of reference for the teachers and students. Teachers and alumnae published their own research in international/national journals.

The institute gives the most importance to sports activities and hence developed many facilities to train its students in various sports. The institute has special playgrounds for Kabaddi, Badminton, Cricket, and Volleyball. The institute also provides facilities for indoor games like Table tennis, Chess, and carom board. Our students regularly participate in intercollegiate sports activities organized by the University and sports events organised by Mksss’s Sitabai Naagundkar College Of Nursing For Women, Nagpur.

The college has canteen facilities for the students.

The students and staff can avail of the bus facility which is offered through six different routes of the city.
