NEET College Predictor
ApplyKnow possible Govt/Private MBBS/BDS Colleges based on your NEET rank
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing well,
According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from ST category required minimum 430-470+ marks in NEET to get admission in government medical college. With the score you have mentioned above there might be few possibilities of your admission in government college. You can try in semi government or private college where chances of your admission will be higher. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, as state counselling has said 85% seats will be reserved for state quota students, which might increase chances of your admission.
Admission in St. John's Medical College will be based on NEET itself. If you want to apply through management quota then you need to contact or visit the college by yourself since all the colleges have different criteria for management quota seats.
Read the article below for information about St. John's medical college,

Kasturba Health Society’s Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram was established by Dr Sushila Nayar in the year 1969 upon the suggestion of then Prime Minister, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri and after getting the approval of the Planning Commission. The institute is also known as MGIMS Sevagram
As you belong to reserved category scheduled caste then you have to pay lesser amount of fees in comparison to general category students.
There are some other charges as well which are refundable. I am mentioning below the name of the charges which are refundable:

Hello aspirant
hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that you can surely take admission in MGIMS college if you are from outside maharashtra but in state quota 85 percent of seats are reserved for state quota and 15 percent are available for outside state category so you have to work very very hard to grab seat in non state quota
Hope you found this answer informative. Best wishes for your future
Hello aspirant,
MGIMS, Wardha is a Semi Government Medical College. It is India's first rural medical college I Sevagram, Maharashtra.
If you want to apply for the respective institute you can apply through both All India quota counselling as well as state quota counselling. The previous year cutoffs for general category was around 13k under state quota. But if you are non Maharashtra domicile then you have to apply through All India quota counselling. Because only candidate with the domicile for that state can apply counselling for that state.
Hope your query is resolved.

Hi. There are a lot more things to take into consideration other than academics when we talk about medical colleges. The education is usually good in both the institutes as experienced professors are present. The main difference is exposure to patients for clinics. Usually as the service is a lot cheaper in government colleges, the amount of patient inflow is more. So you get a lot more exposure in government colleges than private or semi government.
Being a medical college , the medical facilities provided to the students are the best. There are classrooms and seminar halls. The sports facility is also good. There is a library and a common study room also. There are separate hostels and gym for both girls and boys. The mess food is average.
