The college provides a hostel to its boys students for accommodation. MGIMS hostel facilities are well-maintained. The hostel rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Also, the hostel has mess and canteen facilities for students and faculty.

The library also has an audio-visual room, a group discussion room, a 50-seat computer section, a reprography area, areas for study and a cafeteria. The entire library area is Wi-Fi enabled. The library is a hub of national and international journals.
MGIMS sports facilities include indoor and outdoor sports facilities for the students. The sports facilities provided are a volleyball ground, a badminton court and table tennis courts.
The IT infrastructure of the college is excellent and well-maintained. It enables the students to use the latest technology and be familiar with it.
The college has canteen facilities for staff and students to meet their basic eating and drinking needs.
The college has a modern auditorium for seminars, workshops, combined classes and other events.
The college has a strong and well-connected association with its members. The alumni association of the MGIMS Sevagram works to strengthen the collaboration between existing and former members of the college.
The college’s campus is fully wi-fi enabled allowing students and faculty members to use the internet services at the campus.
Being a medical college , the medical facilities provided to the students are the best. There are classrooms and seminar halls. The sports facility is also good. There is a library and a common study room also. There are separate hostels and gym for both girls and boys. The mess food is average.

According to previous year's cut off trends candidates from ST category required minimum 430-470+ marks in NEET to get admission in government medical college. With the score you have mentioned above there might be few possibilities of your admission in government college. You can try in semi government or private college where chances of your admission will be higher. You should apply through state quota if you belong to that particular state, as state counselling has said 85% seats will be reserved for state quota students, which might increase chances of your admission.
Admission in St. John's Medical College will be based on NEET itself. If you want to apply through management quota then you need to contact or visit the college by yourself since all the colleges have different criteria for management quota seats.
