Degree-wise Admission Procedure

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing: This has an intake capacity of 25 students. The admission is similar to that of B.Sc Nursing; merit based on subject marks. The candidates should have completed their GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery): The GNM program carries a intake of 50 seats. Merit for this admission is based on all subjects in the 10+2 examination. This program suits those students who prefer to enter the nursing field via a diploma.
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery): The ANM Program has a capacity of 40 students and admission is similar based on merit. Hence, 10+2 graduates can apply for the program.
B.Sc Microbiology Hons, B.Sc Non Medical, and B.Sc Medical Lab Science: The college also offers these courses; however, the intake capacities have not been mentioned against these programs. As I can see that ppmet test is an entrance test for b.sc nursing in Punjab. But as far as it is concerned it is not mandatory to give the test to be eligible for b.sc nursing. You can very well apply for this course. You are eligible for the course of b.sc nursing in punjab.
