Malineni Lakshmaiah Engineering College (MLEC) is situated at Singarayakonda in Andhra Pradesh. The college teaches various courses in engineering pertaining to various fields. MLEC admission process is designed to be efficient and just to provide access to students with excellent academic histories and talent.

The college accepts admission in different national and state-level entrance exams based on the course. For the UG courses, the most important entrance test is Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). For the PG courses, the college accepts Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) scores.

Eligibility conditions differ according to the program. For B.Tech programs, the student should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics as mandatory subjects. For M.Tech programs, a bachelor's degree in the same branch of engineering is needed. MBA applicants must have a bachelor's degree in any stream, while diploma courses need a qualification at the 10th standard.

Application Process

3. MLEC and desired diploma course selection at the time of counseling.
4. Admission formalities at MLEC in case of allotment.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: MLEC provides B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Data Science. Admission is conducted based on the ranking of AP EAMCET. The strength approved by the college is 120 in Computer Science and Engineering, 60 in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and 60 in Data Science.

M.Tech: MLEC offers M.Tech courses in Embedded Systems Design and VLSI and Computer Science and Engineering. Admission is through AP PGECET ranks. Each course has a sanctioned strength of 18 seats.

MBA: MLEC offers an MBA course in Information Management with a sanctioned strength of 60 seats. Admission is through APICET ranks.

Diploma: Diploma programs in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering are offered by the college. Sanctioned strength of 60 seats is available for each diploma course. Admission based on AP POLYCET scores is conducted.
