Malineni Perumallu Educational Society's Group of Institutions, Guntur Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Malineni Perumallu Educational Society's Group of Institutions (MPES), Guntur, provides a wide variety of undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, and management. MPES has a merit system in the admission process, mainly on the basis of entrance examination marks for different courses.

The admission procedure generally starts in May-June for August-September intake of the academic year. MPES offers admissions based on certain state-level entrance tests, based on the course. Admissions are made available in B.Tech courses based on AP EAMCET (Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test) ranks.

For diploma courses, MPES adheres to the Common Entrance Examination for Polytechnics (CEEP) held by SBTET AP, Hyderabad. The CEEP is usually conducted in April/May, and counseling is organized in June/July.

Application Process

Application process for MPES differs from course to course:

For courses of B.Tech and B.Pharma:

1. Secure AP EAMCET examination.
2. Register in the state-level counseling process.
3. Select MPES and opted courses during the counseling.
4. If seated, report to MPES for document verification and fee payment.

For M.Tech programs:

1. Clear GATE or AP PGECET exam.
2. Apply through state-level counseling process.
3. If shortlisted, report for counseling and select MPES.
4. Complete admission process at the institute.

For MBA program:

1. Clear AP ICET exam.
2. For convener quota (70% seats):

• Report for state-level counseling.
• If seated, complete admission at MPES.

3. For management quota (30% seats):

• Approach MPES directly.
• Undergo institute-level selection process.

For Diploma courses:

1. Appear for SBTET AP conducted CEEP.
2. Attend counseling on the basis of CEEP rank.
3. If allotted a seat in MPES, fulfill admission formalities.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: MPES provides 7 specializations in B.Tech with an intake capacity of 390 seats. Admission is based on AP EAMCET ranks. Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning courses are provided.

B.Pharma: The B.Pharma course is offered with 100 seats. It is on the merit of AP EAMCET rank or a minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology.

M.Tech: MPES is offering M.Tech courses in VLSI and Artificial Intelligence with 12 seats for both courses. Admissions are made on valid GATE scores or AP PGECET ranks.

MBA: There are 60 seats for MBA. Admission is conducted through AP ICET, and 70% of seats are provided through convener quota on the basis of ICET rank and 30% through management and NRI quota.

M.Pharma: Two specializations are provided - Pharmaceutics (15 seats) and Pharmaceutical Analysis (12 seats).

Diploma: MPES grants diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering for 60 students each. MPES admissions are conducted based on CEEP ranks secured by SBTET AP.

Admission documents generally are:

• 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
• Entrance exam score card
• Transfer certificate
• Migration certificate (if needed)
• Caste certificate (if needed)
• Passport size photographs
• Aadhar card
• Any other certificates as may be required by the institute
