24 MonthsPost Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant for admission should be between 17 to 35 years as on 31st December.
- Eligibility: 10+2 with preferably science or any offer stream like arts, commerce & vocational courses with minimum 40% marks.
- The candidate should be obtained 50% marks in General Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institution Approved by Indian Nursing Council.
- The candidate must be registered as a Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) with H.P State Nurses Registration Council, Shimla during the time of the Admission process.
- The candidate should be medically fit.
Admission Details
The procedure of selection for the Govt. seat and Management seat will be the entrance test held by Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla in the month of July/August every year.
