The college provides a separate hostel for boys with well-furnished accommodation and the latest accessories with an attached washroom. The accommodation is extended on a First-To-First-Serve basis to the students with the availability of triple occupancy, double occupancy, and single occupancy, on different hostel charges. The College Dehradun hostel facilities are provided to boys and girls students. Different accommodations are available for them. Hostels at MITM have Wi-Fi facilities, a DTH facility, a common room, a recreation center, laundry and a medical facility. Rooms are available on the basis of triple occupancy, double occupancy & single occupancy. 

The College Medical facilities include a round-the-clock ambulance service. Staff are well-trained and can assist with any emergencies. 

The college has a Gym facility for the students.

The College library has multimedia facilities, their collection includes reference books, journals, dictionaries, thesaurus, encyclopedias, handbooks, reports, and much more. Different textbooks, magazines, books, newspapers, etc. are available for the students. It has a MAYA central library. Other facilities include Digital E-library.  

The College sports facilities have indoor and outdoor games like a volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, Football, badminton, Cricket ground, snooker, Billiard and Chess. Sporting events are carried out at the departmental level every year. Students are encouraged to join different clubs at the campus. 

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students. Maya's group of colleges takes pride in introducing smart classrooms. State of the Art Classroom – The campus, hostels, wi-fi Enabled lecture halls, syndicate rooms faculty and administrative blocks, a state-of-the-art computer center All the classes rooms are well-equipped LCD projectors.

The College Dining area on the campus is different for boys and girls students. Cafeterias on the campus serve wholesome food they offer varieties of Indian, Chinese, and continental food served with veg. & non-veg. Dishes. Staff members, faculty, and students from the college dine together in the cafeteria. 

The college plans a state-of-the-art fully air-conditioned conference hall with a seating capacity of three hundred people and an auditorium with a seating capacity of seven hundred people is planned. Work is in the process to equip the Seminar hall and Auditorium with the latest acoustics and sound system. The auditorium shall reflect an excellent work of modern architecture. The Seminar Hall and Auditorium is going to be a venue for various seminars symposia and lectures by eminent personalities sharing their knowledge and views with students of Maya.

The College Transportation facilities are offered to the students, staff, and faculty members at MITM Dehradun. Shuttle services are given to and from the campus. The bus route covers the area around the campus.  

The College's entire campus is WI-FI and an internet facility is available to the students. Students can also avail themselves of the internet service anywhere from the hostel.

The College lab facilities are set up for engineering and other departments. They have workshops and IT labs for the students. Maya Institute of Technology and Management has established a professional communication lab in the campus.
