MS Ayurvedic Medical College, Gondia is an ancient education center for Ayurveda. It imparts undergraduate course BAMS to students. Central Council for Indian Medicine affiliates it with CCIM and NAAC gives B+ grading to the institution.
The admission process for MS Ayurvedic Medical College is basically done based on the NEET-UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The total admission intake of the BAMS course in college is 60. Admission procedures follow a strictly merit-based mechanism through NEET-UG along with following up all the regulations based on norms specified by the government regarding their reservations.
Application Process
Following is the application process at MS Ayurvedic Medical College, Gondia:
1. One has to appear for NEET-UG examination conducted by the National Testing Agency NTA.
2. In case of the first attempt, the result for NEET-UG examination will be declared on 4 June 2024 and for the second attempt, it will be declared on 30 June 2024.
3. The meritorious candidates can avail the opportunity for admission in MS Ayurvedic Medical College through the centralized admission process organized by the state government authority.

BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery: BAMS offered by the MS Ayurvedic Medical College, Gondia is of 5 years duration plus an additional year mandatory internship. The selection for this program is strictly on the basis of merit through NEET-UG. The college has an intake of 60 BAMS seats, and the candidates are selected on the basis of NEET-UG merit, strictly following the prescribed reservation policies. The candidates who have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects and qualified in the NEET-UG examination are eligible to join this program.
