Muslim Association College of Engineering (MACE), Thiruvananthapuram, provides a wide range of engineering courses at the undergraduate and diploma level. Affiliated with the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), the college has a well-structured admission process to enroll brilliant students to its courses.
The first admission round for MACE generally coincides with the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM) schedule. KEAM is tentatively scheduled to be held from April 24 to April 28, 2025, in online mode. The interested applicants are requested to submit their application well in advance of the given dates.
MACE B.Tech course eligibility criteria are passing 10+2 or equivalent with core subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For diploma courses, the candidate should pass the 10th standard or equivalent exam. Percentage marks desired can differ as per the different courses and categories of applicants.
Application Process
The process in the application procedure for Muslim Association College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram is as under:
1. KEAM Registration: The first step is to register for the KEAM exam from the official website of CEE Kerala by the aspirants who are in search of B.Tech courses.
2. KEAM Examination: Attend the KEAM exam on the dates mentioned (April 24-28, 2025) at the allotted center.
3. Announcement of Results: Wait for CEE Kerala to announce the results of the KEAM examination.
4. Registration Counselling: Selected students must register for the centralized counselling process of CEE Kerala.
5. Filling of Options: Students must fill course and college choices, including MACE and the courses offered by it, during counselling.
6. Allotment of Seats: Students will be given seats on the basis of KEAM rank and filled choices.
7. Payment of Fee and Document Verification: Candidates, in case they are selected for a seat in MACE, need to pay the fee and produce required documents for verification.
8. Reporting at College: Candidates need to report to MACE on the mentioned date after the successful completion of the above processes for final admission formalities.
Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: Five B.Tech programs are run by MACE, which include Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The admissions to the above courses are mainly on the basis of KEAM marks. The college offers a total of 240 seats for all the B.Tech programs with 60 seats for CSE and ME each and CE, and 30 seats for ECE and EEE each.
Diploma: The institute offers three diploma courses: Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Civil Engineering. Each diploma course has an intake of 60 students. Admission process for diploma courses is different from B.Tech and is normally based on the candidate's performance in the qualifying examination (10th standard) and on a state-level entrance test for diploma courses.

Hello aspirant. Mar Athanasius College of Engineering does not offers MA course. It is a technical university which offers B.tech and M.tech. If you want to know about any other college please comment.

Hey Sherin! You can definitely get a seat in MACE in Civil branch but you have to wait for 2nd round of counselling. Mar Athanasius College of Engineering Kothamangalam is one of the top colleges in the state of Kerala, started in 1961. It now offers undergraduate and postgraduate level programs which include B.Tech., MCA, M.Tech and Ph.D course.
hey pranav please make sure to mention your college name and your ranking too . the admissions in MACE doesnot depends only on the jee mains rank only nut also on other factors.however at this percentile ,i thing there is some chance for you to get admissions so go for it .
