NCE Chandi Admission 2025: Dates, Registration, Fees, Eligibility

Nalanda College of Engineering, Chandi (NCE Chandi) is an illustrious institution situated at Gokhulpur, Bihar, offering a bouquet of engineering programs; NCE Chandi is approved by AICTE and follows a meticulous admission procedure in selecting deserving candidates for its various programs.

The major admission process at NCE Chandi proceeds through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE), which is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board. This state-level entrance exam tests an applicant's caliber and subject knowledge applicable to engineering programs.

For undergraduate programs, the basic eligibility criterion is to have completed the 10+2 examination successfully from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

Application Process

The application process for admission into NCE Chandi generally involves the following steps:

1. The registration for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) has to be done from the official BCECEB website.

2. The online application form for BCECE has to be filled out with necessary information concerning personal as well as academic details.

3. The application fee should be paid according to the directions given by BCECEB.

4. The BCECE will be held on the scheduled date.

5. The counseling setup for the qualified students will be conducted by BCECEB, on release of results.

6. While attending counseling, the candidates will pick NCE Chandi and their preferred course according to their rank and availability of seats.

7. If a seat is allotted to the candidate, then they should report to NCE Chandi for verification of documents and admission.

Degree wise Admission Process

B.Tech: NCE Chandi offers six B.Tech programs with a total intake of 360 seats. Admission to these programs is solely on the basis of the candidate's performance in the BCECE. The specialization offered are: Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.  Each program has an intake capacity of 60 students.

M.Tech: The college runs M.Tech programs in Power Systems and in Computer Science and Engineering with an intake of 30 students in each. The admission to the M.Tech programs is also made through the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB). The candidates should have completed their graduation degree in the relevant engineering discipline to be eligible.
