There is no such rule! See when you appear for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced and get a rank in it, then you are eligible to take admission into Indian Institute of Technologies or IITs, however from your JEE Main rank you will get admission into National Institute of Technologies!

So, even if you fail to qualify JEE Advanced, you still can sit for counselling to get your seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other colleges.

NEET UG Counselling 2022 will start at mcc.nic.in. Students who have qualified with the NEET-2022 cut off marks can apply online at mcc.nic.in for the 15% all India seats for admission to undergraduate medical and allied programmes in the country. NEET counselling process consists of following steps - 1. Registration, 2. Payment of fee and choice filling; 3. Choice filling and locking; 4. Processing of seat allotment; 5. Allotment result and reporting. The online application window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) round 1 counselling for the all India seats will start as per the schedule. As per the NEET UG Counselling 2022 schedule, the round one of NEET registration and payment of counselling fees will continue till the deadline.

Students who have passed 10+2 level with science stream in 2019 or 2020 are eligible to apply for admissions and appear for IAT 2020. Candidates must come from a science stream. You can give it only in the year you passed your 12th board exams (1st attempt) and the year just after your 12th exams (2nd attempt).  IAT is conducted for admission in the five-year BS-MS dual degree programme offered at the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs).

Since you have past your class 12 in 2022 you can write IIT exam in 2023 or 2024.Candidates belonging to GEN/OBC and OBC-NCL should have scored minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination. hence you are eligible.

Well if you are applying for IIT JAM for Masters degree you should know these eligibility criteria, few of them are mentioned below:

1- Students needs to qualify the entrance exam

2- Students needs to be graduated before 2023 to appear for IITJAM 2023. If the students is in final year of graduation he/she can also apply but they need to submit the marksheet of final semester.

The students have to submit their marksheets of graduation, and without clearing all backlogs students do not get their respective degree in any college, hence without clearing all backlogs you are not eligible for IITJAM 2023.

The eligibility for the CAT examination is that the candidate need to complete the Graduation degree in any stream with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. As a result, if you wish to go for the CAT examination, then you have to complete the course of 4 year i.e., on the final year of BSc in Agirculture you can apply for the CAT examination, as the final year appearing candidates are also eligible for the CAT examination.
