Nannapaneni Venkat Rao College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur Admission Process

Nannapaneni Venkat Rao College of Engineering and Technology (NVREC), Guntur, is an AICTE-approved institution that offers a range of engineering courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma levels. The college follows a systematic process of admission so that deserving students are chosen for its various courses. NVREC's admission process is primarily on the basis of state-level entrance tests as per the norms set by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

For UG admissions, NVREC also considers scores of the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET). It is a state-level exam that is the primary source of entry for students who want to seek admission into B.Tech courses offered by the college. AP EAMCET usually occurs in May-June, and the results are declared soon after.

The minimum eligibility requirements for under graduate programs of NVREC are passing 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects. For post-graduate programs, the candidates must possess a relevant engineering or technology bachelor's degree. Different eligibility requirements may be needed for different courses, which will usually be given in the admissions notice released by the college.

2. Participate in the centralized counseling process for PG engineering admission in Andhra Pradesh.
3. Pick NVREC and desired M.Tech specialization at counseling.
