I am from general category and has 95.7percentile

Hey Krishna ,If we consider past two years cutoff you are not eligible to got NISER . 

In 2017 :-

1st round - 624

2nd round - 671 

In 2018 :- 

1st round - 552

2nd round - 654 

From this you got a idea about cutoffs. 

For 1st round it's about 500 and for 2nd round it's about 600.

The cutoff marks for NEST usually range from 80-100 marks.

However just clearing the cutoff is not enough to ensure admission into an NISER.

You need to obtain a high rank .

I believe your chances of getting into an NISER are low.

Hi Mamta,

As per your marks, you have chances to get CEBS or NISER. The cut off for General category is 90 and the cut off for SC category is 50% of General cut off i.e., 45.

Yes, you need to have biology,chemistry, mathematics and physics as main subjects.

yes there are chances of getting admission niser . as you belong to obc category you will for sure get admission there. all the best have agreat future ahead.

There are chances you could get a seat in the second list if any seats are left vacant after the first round.
