New Horizon Dental College and Research Institute (NHDCRI) in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, provides an integrated admission process to dental candidates. NHDCRI is registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI) and provides courses in undergraduate and postgraduate level dentistry. The institute provides a merit-based admission process as per regulations stipulated by regulatory authorities.
For undergraduate admissions, NEET scores are given top priority by NHDCRI. Application for NEET is generally done in February, and the exam is held in May. Results are generally declared in June, followed by counseling.
Admission eligibility to BDS is passing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects. For MDS courses, the candidate should have a BDS degree from a recognized college.
Application Process
Application procedure for New Horizon Dental College and Research Institute is as below:
For BDS:

For MDS:
1. Sit for the NEET MDS exam

3. Choose NHDCRI and your desired specialization during counseling
4. If a seat is allotted, complete admission formalities at NHDCRI
Degree wise Admission Process
BDS: 100 seats are available in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery program offered by NHDCRI. Admission is through NEET scores followed by a counseling process. The fee for the BDS course is around Rs. 1,007,956.
MDS: Seven specializations under the Master of Dental Surgery program are offered by the college with 20 seats. The specializations include:
1. Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics (3 seats)
2. Crown and Bridge and Prosthodontics (3 seats)
3. Periodontology (3 seats)
4. Conservative Endodontics and Dentistry (3 seats)
5. Oral Radiology and Oral Medicine (3 seats)
6. Paediatric Dentistry and Preventive Dentistry (3 seats)
7. Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (2 seats)
Admission to MDS courses is made on NEET MDS rank basis, and counseling follows later. The total cost of MDS courses is around Rs. 1,362,186.
