42 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year six-month full-time diploma program offered by the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bangalore, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum requirement is passing in 10+2 or its equivalent securing not less than 40% in the aggregate preferably with science subjects.
- Female candidates with good conduct and sound health between 17 and 26 years of age.
- Good knowledge of English is essential.
- Religious sisters should have completed one year of their religious profession
Admission Details
Candidates provisionally selected on the basis of merit of the qualifying exams are called for a written test and interview to the School of Nursing, Nirmala Hospital, Old Town, Bhadravathi. They must appear for the entrance test of one-hour duration, in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English and General Knowledge.
