The department also offers certificate courses namely i) C⁺⁺ ii) Tally-9 and iii) Spoken English for the benefit of students of other groups.

Every year intramurals are conducted in the college in all the above games and some sports events. As a result, the players participate and achieve good results every year in the University Inter-Collegiate Tournaments.
