The College physical library has collections of books, journals, audio/visual materials, and other library items, its e-library subscribes to commercially available digital libraries which greatly increases the learning resources to its users. For gaining access to other controlled online resources requiring membership or licenses, the college library seeks solutions by directly joining memberships and/or purchasing licenses and also providing handout materials, keeping their students academic and attendance records, and posting assignments and instructions to their students. The teaching assistants may access the system to post homework-related information for individual courses.

The playground is part of many students, and sometimes the learning environment on the playground can be just as important as that in the classroom. Studies have shown that playtime can provide not only physical benefits, but also emotional, social, and cognitive benefits to students. During playtime, students can stay fit, learn self-control and compromise, enliven their imaginations, enhance independent thinking, develop self-confidence, and experience accomplishment by conquering physical challenges. The college cafeteria is a large spacious area, with a view of greenery all around, and a variety of refreshments and meals available. In the college cafeteria, a range of healthy and nutritional meals are served to students in a very relaxed atmosphere. The College Laboratories are essential ingredients of both teaching and research activities. Teaching laboratories offer hands-on experience for both undergraduate and graduate students to work with specialized equipment. Our research laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments to allow analysis and research in all aspects of civil engineering. We provide a variety of labs ranging from computer labs, electronics labs, electrical labs, and E.I.C. labs to mechanical labs. The common experiments conducted in the labs include Refrigeration Trainers, Heat Conduction, and Heat Exchangers. The thermal experiments are Internal Combustion Engine Mass and Energy Balances, Combustion Products and Emission Controls, and Natural Gas Boiler Study. The mechanical experiments are Stress-Strain Deflection of Beam, Linear Vibrations, Rotational Balancing, and Kinematics of Motion of Piston-Cam.

The College mess facility for our students and staff. The mess offers all meals i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner to hostel students. We are giving utmost importance to cleanliness and hygiene at the mess. Special food is provided for students who are fasting. There is regular check and monitoring of the mess facility by the institute. The students in the hostel roll only have the right to enter into mess premises. The students are required to come to the mess during their specified time only, not before or after. The Mess Committee is governed by the students, the Mess Committee makes sure that students’ health and nutrition are well taken care of. Mess serves breakfast, lunch, evening tea, and dinner every day and the weekly menu (Chinese, North, and South Indian cuisines) is available with the mess in charge.

The College is equipped with a well-maintained and well-managed 24×7 ATM facility within its green campus facilitating the students, faculties, and staff members to perform all the required transactions safely within the reach of a few push of key buttons.

Punjab National Bank and PGI, while collaborating, strategically positioned an ATM by Punjab National Bank near the main gate to focus basic bank transactions through ATM before anyone leaves the campus. Since it is located inside the campus, it saves precious time and effort. Bank transactions such as transfers, withdrawals, and inquiries are carried out with ease. It processes our transactions with added safety because of our security near the ATM around the clock.

The Health Centre functions to provide immediate medicinal and first aid to all students and staff if the situation arises. The college has a state-of-the-art Auditorium Hall which provides a conducive environment for conducting events like conferences, National seminars, workshops, symposiums, and small-scale dance, drama, theatre, debates, quizzes, meetings, and other cultural events. It has a seating capacity of 250 people. The auditoriums are designed and constructed using the modern age HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air-conditioning) and electrical and Emergency Services. The air-conditioned Auditorium is equipped with the latest technology for all types of audio-visual presentations.
