Prasad Institute of Technology, Jaunpur spreads over a campus area of 25 acres. It has an adequate number of spacious classrooms, lecture halls, and tutor rooms that come fully furnished with state-of-the-art technology. The classrooms can accommodate 60 students while the tutorial classes can accommodate 20-30 students. There is wi-fi on campus. The advanced machining centre houses up-to-date tools and equipment. Prasad Institute of Technology library is well stocked with a collection of more than 45000 books on various topics along with books and magazines for supplementary reading. The institute has a full-fledged sports department which organizes sports meets and sends teams for various inter-college competitions. Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available to the students. There is a sports ground for cricket, volleyball, table tennis, and many other games and sports.

Prasad Institute of Technology has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels have all the required infrastructure and facilities to provide the students comfort of their homes. The college also provides transportation at all the major routes at an affordable charge. The institute has well-equipped computer labs having adequate hardware, software, and internet facilities. The canteen at the institute is spacious, and clean and offers a variety of food and beverages at reasonable rates. The campus has enough parking for students, employees and visitors. A Union Bank of India ATM is also situated within the campus providing ease to the students. Prasad Institute of Technology, Jaunpur has a well-developed auditorium with a seating capacity of over 250 students and is equipped with projectors and sound systems.

Girls Hostel
The college has a Separate Girl's hostel with full security and all facilities like a mess, water cooler, 24 hours power supply, etc. are suited to the college campus.
Medical/Hospital
The College has Full-Time Medical officers available on Campus to take care of students. A medical facility is available with free medicines provided to sick students Medical Lab facility is also available.
Library
The college has a huge collection of books and journals, and the PIT library today has a repository of ambiance information with a special digital feature of speedy and easy access. Over 22000 textbooks, a large number of international and national journals both print and electronic, CDs, reprographic audiovisual, and searchable databases make learning not only satisfying but joyful also. References are available to the students and faculty, with the latest information in all forms: text and reference books, magazines, journals, and CDs for their intellectual nourishment. This contains educational software on CDs and lectures of eminent educationists on video cassettes.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has a Computer center/lab fitted with state-of-the-art computing facilities is a prized possession of PIT. Computer Laboratories are equipped with more than 200 Intel Pentium - 4, HCL branded computers. The labs are spacious and well-maintained to give students a valuable learning experience. In addition, Computer Labs are equipped with high-speed internet access, so that students can maintain a constant link with the world’s online academic and research-related knowledge.
Cafeteria
The college has a multi-cuisine canteen, managed by reputed professional caterers is the highlight of campus life with a serene academic ambiance. The canteen offers a variety of food items, in natural surroundings, at subsidized rates. The canteen has been specially designed and furnished, so as to give students and faculty members a chance to interact in an informal setting.
Transport Facility
The College has more than 26 buses which are made available to the students and faculty members for commuting from various points in the city. All students should make use of Institute transport or should stay in the hostel. This facility has made it possible to start the classes in time and thereby helping the academic process. College bus facilities have enabled us to maintain discipline among students.
Banks/ATMs
The college has a UNION BANK ATM on our Campus. This helps all our Students and Faculty to make transactions safer and faster.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.

Auditorium
The college has one conference hall on the ground floor with a seating capacity of 200 people. It has also one seminar hall on the ground floor with a seating capacity of 100 people, one seminar hall on the four-floor, a pharmacy department with a seating capacity of 100 people & one separate common seminar auditorium with a seating capacity of 500 people. The conference hall is equipped with the latest sound system & seminar halls are equipped with high-tech LCD projectors, and computer systems audiovisual devices.
Sports
The college has indoor and outdoor sports facilities for all students.
Boys Hostel
The college has a Separate boys' hostel with full security and all facilities like a mess, water cooler, 24 hours power supply, etc. are suited to the college campus. Boy’s hostel is five-storied with all modern facilities: Rooms are available as single, double, and triple seater with an internet connection, Hostel is having 24 hours of electricity.
Guest Room/Waiting Room
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
Laboratories
The college has departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

College Infrastructure

The college has all the necessary equipment that are use by the teachers for teaching.the college is situated out the city and behind the college there is river going through. The classroom are clean and have big spaces, there are many laboratories and sports centre that are provided by the college.

You can visit the official website of Prasad group of institutions and can fill in the admission form. How is prasad Institute of technology in Jaunpur. for btech in cse branch?. and how is placement of this college?.

Taking about placements in Prasad Institute of technology, Jaunpur, the list of companies which generally visits this college are D- tab solutions, Scope telecom pvt.ltd. , Paytm , Infosys india pvt.ltd.. The process of recruitment in these companies is document and resume submission and interview. Few of them also take group discussion test. Approximately only 30% students are placed every year from this college. College doesn't have a good environment of the practical sessions and project monitoring. There is also a system of charging fines from students for small mistakes such as being late in class. This fine can go as high as 5000/-.
