Priyadarshini JL College of Engineering, Nagpur Admission Process

Priyadarshini JL College of Engineering (PJLCE), Nagpur, offers a holistic admission process for aspiring engineers. Six undergraduate engineering programmes are offered by PJLCE. The PJLCE admission process is designed to select talented candidates through national and state-level entrance examinations.

The admission cycle for PJLCE generally begins with the JEE Main examination in January and MHT CET in May. All these exams form the basis for PJLCE admissions to any engineering programme in the institute. The JEE Main exam is held in several sessions, but the first session generally takes place in January and then again in April. The minimum requirement for undergraduate studies is completion of 10+2 from any recognised board. The compulsory subjects are physics, mathematics, and chemistry. However, cutoff marks are not clearly mentioned; entrance exams have to be done well in order to get into these institutions.

PJLCE Application Process

The procedures involved in the application process of Priyadarshini JL College of Engineering are as follows:

  • Appear for JEE Main or MHT CET: First, candidates have to appear for either the JEE Main or MHT CET examination. While JEE Main is usually conducted in January and April, MHT CET takes place in May.

PJLCE B.Tech Admission process

PJLCE has six B.Tech. Tech programmes under its belt and has an intake of 420 students. Admission to all B.Tech. Tech programmes is based on the candidate's performance in JEE Main or MHT CET. The offered programmes are:
