Sorry to say this. 50 point isn't sufficient for getting admission in PSG College of Technology through sports quota and that too for the Computer science department.

Computer Science department is one of the most demanding courses in PSG College of Technology.

By the way, I'm a PSG Alumni and hence All the best for you to getting into the college. It will give you a great experience.

PSG college of Technology, Coimbatore affliated to Anna University, Tamil Nadu does not offer NRI quota. It offers quota to those candidates belonging to the category of  ST/ SC / MBC & DNC / BC / BCM (BC Muslim),Children of ex-service men,Children of freedom fighters,Physically Handicapped - 3 % (Orthopedic- 1% / Hearing impaired 1% / Visual impaired 1%)  and sports quota. Maths is the part of BiotechnologyCourses .It is necessary subject to study this courses .For me Maths withbiotech is not that tough to handle .But it depends upon the individual whether they like it or not.If you like the mathsyou can manage the whole course otherwise it might be difficult.

Placement is a little better than the UG Level as students are well prepped for going out into the industry

the placement record is good with relatively higher ratios than other similar tier colleges 

claims to have 100% placement and also average package falls around 5.46 lpa

the cut off for this college more in which atleast to get branches like CSE AND ECE the cut off mark is above 180 but it based on the catageroy and also for ur mark cut off in this college u will get the robotics in BE and textile engineering , IT and automatician engineering this also i cannot tell sure becasue i didnot know ur catageory it is mainly based on the marks u score plus catatgeory
