this collage have many courses but there is only one building and every lecture of all cources is done is only that building also the mess facility is in that building . classroom does not look like btech one, sports facilities is also not good, and the hostel is a real mess ,there is wifi that not work a single time . no smart board in a single class. food is not hygienic living space is like a shit.
I am studing btech cse 2nd year, i am studing here because i have no other option. many of our faculty dont have any experiences they passes last year from this collage also.here our study cant make job ready.
the placement is like avg of 3-4 lpa, and the 60-70 % of student got placed at this lpa. there are few lik 5-10 student who got 8-10 lpa thats all. the avg lpa is 3-4lpa. also the placement process is tough because there are many students.
my course cost 2lakh per year which include hostel also 1lakh20 k is for academic fees and hostel is arount 80-85k. i think the collage are value for money because it is cheap for btech as it cost 8lakh for your 4 year course and that is worth it.
campus life is not that intresting here student not getting intrest in anything ,here if you enter in collage ground you will see only love birds couples and all. its location is also like gaow there is nothing around this collage except a highway.
the over all rating is this collage is average, if you have less money and you can study by yourself then only you take admission in this collage or if you happy with 4-5lpa then its great collage t this amount .
Infrastructure of Quantum University are too good with pleasing Environment. The classrooms are neat and clean with projectors available and the university has a huge campus building. Library of Quantum university is well maintained and situated inside the college campus building. There are so many labs for respective department's, also campus has 1 Shyamji & 1 mini auditorium along with 2 seminar hall. Quantum university provides free Wi-Fi to use for laptop and tablet in university.
Quantum university is excellent for studies as well as for passion. Quantum university is famous for its quality of education, because it has lot's of experienced and well teacher's. One of the best reason for it's good education is attendance criteria that means all student's need to cross minimum attendance criteria i.e. 75%. Those student who will not cross minimum attendance criteria then they have not permission for seat in semester exam.
Quantum placement are best as compared to nearby colleges. Every student need a good job after the completion of their studies and a place to continuously enhance their skills. Quantum University hold the best placement record they delivered more than 94% placement last year. Quantum university have tie-ups with most prominent companies of India. Some top companies are like : Quick heal ,Anchor, HDFC bank, Berger paint, Axis bank. The highest salary package offered in last year is 12 LPA.
As i am student of bachelor of technology in computer science specialization with Cyber security batch 2018. That time our college fee was 1,20,000 per annum so overall it is 4,80,000. They provides as best education and also we gets so many facilities including Wi-Fi, Library. so i think its valuable.
I think we can say discipline is the second name of Quantum university, its not like we see in movies. You have to maintain discipline in everywhere, that is good for us. College provides so many sports facilities like Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Kabaddi, Table tennis and many more. There are so many grounds fore respective games also College Organize so many events time to time.
If anyone want to continue their passion along with their profession then it is best college for you.
The infrastructure is not up to the mark be it classrooms or hostels. We don't have enough classrooms with respect to the number of students and courses that is being run by the university and that is the major reason why we had around 2-3 free periods out of 7 everyday in previous sem. The hostels particularly boys hostel lacks basic hygiene. Staircases and lifts in the hostel is always painted red with spits of tobacco. The washrooms in the hostels are either over flooded or there is no water.
Being in Btech CSE I could say the course curriculum is well updated to meet the industry standards but the quality of faculty and teaching is a major issue. We do have some great faculties but most of the faculties are purely freshers who have just completed their Post graduation from some XYZ kind of colleges and joined without having any industry or academic exposure. They merely narrate PDFs and PPTs rather than actually sharing some knowledge.
The placements are very poor though in BTech CSE around 60-70% students get placed but the roles and profiles offered are not generally from the domain. The average salary package is around 2-3 lpa. The highest package last year was around 12 lpa but the role offered was of Sales and marketing profile.
The fee for BTech CSE is 110000 per annum and BTech CSE with any specialization ( AI , Cybersecurity ) has a fee of 120000 per annum. The fee is not at all justified considering the kind of faculties we get.
The campus life is not up to expectations of any students. It is situated in a remote location around 22 kilometres away from Roorkee and almost at the same distance from Saharanpur. There isn't any market nearby , the nearest market is around 3 km away and that too is a village. The best thing is it is located on a highway connecting major cities. The safety of the students in the campus is also a major concern as there are many unauthorised entry and exits through fences and over the walls.
