College Infrastructure
Yes, it's a good infrastructured college with good facilities and equipment. The facilities regarding sports are pretty competitive and hostels with wifi are available. They all are used and well maintained too. The living spaces are clean but the canteen food is not very hygenic, better to avoid it.
Academics
As the college is Autonomous now it has it's own circulum with updated syllabus which train the students to fulfill present industrial applications in both core and IT companies. syllabus also provides Department and professional electives which consists extra circular subjects that specialise the students in their core subjects to get placed in R&D department of reputated companies.
Placements
Placement is about 90%, the highest package went till now is about 10 lakh rupees per annum it is given to a computer science engineering student but the company was non technical it was not in technical area, yes it is pleasant process and easy also because college gives you proper support.

Quality of teaching and everything is good every ciculum is updated and college has the best faculty Yeah your study is very helpful for our job Raghu engineering college has a good teaching faculty and has very updates curiiculum.

Both the colleges have adequate infrastructural facilities. On comparing the median salary package in both the colleges.
Raghu Institute of Technology -3.60 lakhs
Vignan Institute of Technology -3.50 lakhs
Based upon the student reviews, Vignan Institute have better reviews.

There is no such difference on both college. This college has two names as you mention, that means they are not two colleges or institutes. That is only one college.
Culture:
At Raghu Engineering College, you will meet all the good, friendly people from students to lecturers. You will enjoy freedom to think, to express yourself and to succeed. This college was located in a beautiful place, Visakhapatnam.
You have to scored well in AP Emacet. If you got under 15000 rank, it is possible for you to get a seat in Raghu engineering college in any branch. The closing ranks are quite high and are in the range of your rank. But I suggest you that you can try for a seat in colleges better than the one you have chosen as you have secured a good rank.
