When you have to compare two colleges and have to arrive at a conclusion then you have to choose some of the parameters. This parameters can be a distinct number of events but to conclude this answer I am choosing some of the most important parameters like:

Curriculum wise both the colleges are same because of them are affiliated by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow . Infrastructure wise also both the college are well equipped and there are no such big distinguishing factor. The faculties in RKGIT are better. The main difference is in terms of placement, in RKGIT there are 100% placement for the CSE as well as for most of the other course the placement rate is comparably better than IPEC. So I would recommend you to go for the RKGIT over IPEC.

Raj Kumar Goel Institute of technology is a wonderful college which offers some of the great placement opportunities for its students.

More than 80% of students get placed in the placement cell conducted in the college. Students are also provided with internship opportunities for Their skill development.

The highest package offered recently was around 10-15 lakhs per annum, and lowest package offered was 3 lakhs per annum.

On average students get placed with a average salary package of 7 lakhs per annum.

top recruiters who are included in placement cell are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Inderprastha Engineering college, is a wonderful college which provides great placement opportunities as well, around 70-80% of students gets placed in the placement cell.

The highest package offered to a student recently was 18-20 lakhs per annum and lowest package offered was 3-4 lakhs per annum & on average students get placed with a salary of 5-7 lakhs per annum.

Top recruiters who take part in the placement cell are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc.

Therefore, both these colleges offer wonderful placement opportunities for their students.

The RKGIT provides 5 hostels for boys. There are single seater rooms, double seater rooms as well as triple seater rooms available for students. They also provide 24-hour generator facility to tackle power cut. Hot water and cold water supply is available. Gym is also available and you don't have to pay any fees for that.During hostel allotment, you will be asked whether you want to include gym or not and if you chose to then you will be charged accordingly and gym fees will be included in hostel fees.

Computer Science Engineering deals with the design and development of computer components, whereas, Information Technology is the branch of Engineering that deals with the application of computers in businesses.

So choose according to your choice.

RKGIT:-

Placements: The placements are average. The placement associates include TCS, Infosys, Vivo, Naaptol, BYJU's, and Blue Star. Around 70% of students of the CSE branch got placed last year. The highest salary package offered is up to 10-12 LPA, whereas the average salary package offered ranges between 4-6 LPA. Most of the students having good academic records get placed.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classrooms and labs is pretty good and well-maintained. The hostel infrastructure is good as well, with 24*7 Wi-Fi, but that works only for laptops. There are 24*7 electricity and water supplies, and there are several caretakers in the hostel as well who maintain cleanliness at its best. Rules in the hostels for 2nd year and seniors are more flexible than in the 1st year hostel. Food quality in the mess is average, but it is value for money. The fee is around 70,000 per year.

Faculty: The teachers in the 1st year are more skilled as compared to teachers for senior years. The curriculum prescribed by AKTU is strictly followed, which is pretty old and outdated. However, I don't think the college can interfere in designing the curriculum because it has to follow the university guidelines. But the faculty members here are trying their best in these Covid days also, for conducting online classes.

RKGITM:-

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, Cryoviva Biotech, Servosys Solutions, Amazon, BookMyPainting, Daffodil Software, Dev Canvas Studio and GlobalLogic. Almost 60% of the students got internships from our course in companies like GlobalLogic, Dell and HP. Roles offered in our course are software engineer, hardware engineer and programmer.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for laptops in the hostel. College labs are fully air-conditioned, and computers are also available. There are smart classrooms. In the hostel, the food quality is good, and a water cooler is also available in the mess and hostel on all floors. The canteen is opened 12 hours, and medical facilities are available in the hostel. Indoor sports are available like badminton, and there is a big ground in the hostel. Carrom, ludo chess, table tennis and TV are also available. All outdoor games are available like cricket, football, etc. A gym is also available.

Faculty: Teachers are very good, and they always help and solve all queries at any time. Teachers are qualified with MBA and M.Tech. If students want to be industry-ready, then teachers conduct extra classes to prepare students, which is very good.

CS and It  are almost same branches so you don't have to worry about it. As you will get equal number of placement opportunities No matter whether you are from CSE branch or IT branch.

As IMS college has greater ranking compared to RKGIT and GL BAJAJ so I suggest you can opt IMS college as it comes under top 5 private colleges of AKTU.

Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology and Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology both are leading Engineering colleges of India. However RKGIT has not yet received any remarkable recognition while NIET Greater Noida has been rated with AAA grade by Careers360.
In terms of academics and Infrastructure, the colleges are pretty good. All the facilities are provided properly.
Coming to the placements, the placement record has been decent since last few years in NIET. Placement percentage is good in NIET than RKGIT. Computer Science and Engineering grabs most of the placements, around 80% get placed every year. Companies such as Capital Via, Suprajit Engineering, Link house Buildwell Pvt. Ltd., Micromatic Machine Tools Private Limited, Moibiloitte Technology etc come for recruiting students from the college. Reputed companies like Amazon, HCL also recruit from here. However, average package offered around 2.5 to 3.5 lpa. But the CSE and IT department get good number of drives. The placement cell helps much in this process.
