Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech degree in Radio Physics & Electronics of C.U (ii) B.Tech degree in Information Technology of C.U. only (iii) B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Communication /Telecommunication Engg. from any recognized University. (iv) M.Sc. degree in Electronics Science with valid GATE qualified score in EC for both C.U. & Non-C.U.. (v) M.Sc. degree in Physics (with advanced papers in Electronics) of the University of Calcutta and B.Sc. with Hons. in Physics & Mathematics as a general subject with valid GATE qualified score in EC for both C.U. & Non-C.U.. (vi) A degree from any other University / Institution equivalent to (i) above
- Non-CU applicants should have the following eligibility criteria: (i) Secured at least 60% marks or its equivalent grade in B.Tech level; (ii) A valid GATE qualified score in a relevant subject (Electronics and Communication).
- Except for C.U. current year students who have passed/appeared final B.Tech. examination in Radiophysics & Electronics and Information Technology students, all have to go through Entrance Test followed by Interview. GATE qualified valid score is not mandatory for CU B.Tech. students.
