The college has its own first aid health center. Additionally, to cater to an emergency, ACE has a tie-up with a nearby hospital. This enables the staff and students of ACE to avail emergency services. ACE is also providing 100% health care services to staff and students through the insurance company at a nominal cost.

The RIST Central Library is an outstanding learning resource center catering to the information requirements of its users. The library is fully automated with an excellent collection of books and magazines in all related disciplines of Engineering and Sciences. The Central library and D’ Space digital library help the library users to access the digital archive of the library. A reprographics center is also working in the library. The library has to its credit more than 7000 volumes in various branches of Engineering and Sciences. There are also plenty of volumes dealing with Social Sciences and Literature. Reputed National and International Journals are also subscribed to provide the latest information on the various subjects of study. A good collection of around 600 CD-ROMs are maintained as part of the digital library and a good number of Online Journals can be accessed through ASTM Digital Library Online and IEEE. The Central Library is complement by different department libraries that contain the core collection required by the concerned department.

The college has Vast playgrounds including a football ground, basketball and badminton courts. The ground of 90Mtrs * 60Mtrs is available for the students.
