RIET Placement Process 

• Organisations and businesses are invited to the RIET placement drive by the Training and Placement team.

• The dates for the placement drives and interview rounds are jointly agreed upon by the institute and the visiting organisations.

• The training and placement team releases the students' finalised timetable.

• Students can then participate in the RIET placement process and complete the requirements to register for the placement drive.

• Group conversations, individual interviews, group discussions and aptitude tests are all possible types of interviews.

• Applicants successfully passing the selection process are offered placement by the company, and receive the standard placement package.
