Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law offers L.L.B Hons. at the undergraduate level. The duration of IIT Kharagpur Law L.L.B (Hons.) is 3 years. For admission to the IIT Kharagpur Law UG programme, candidates should have passed graduation with an aggregate of 60% marks from a recognised university.

IIT Kharagpur Law eligibility criteria are that the candidates should hold an L.L.B degree of 5 years with an aggregate of 60% marks from a recognised university.
