RGUKT Srikakulam Campus Profeesional university ; which was founded by the government of the Andra Pradesh State and recognized by the AICTE as one of the state universities. It stands for the provision of quality education and technical training in different engineering disciplines. The B.Tech integrated program will take students from graduation through to post-graduation education. B.Tech: The total intake capacity for these six B.Tech programs at RGJKU Srikakulam Campus is 300 seats. The programs are as follows:

1. B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering (60 seats)
2. B.Tech Civil Engineering (60 seats)
3. B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (120 seats)
4. B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (60 seats).

These integrated B-Tech programmes were primarily designed to deliver comprehensive and wholesome education to students in their engineering field. The applicants' performance in their qualifying examinations, therefore, determines the whole admission process into these B-Tech programmes.

The Computer Science & Engineering program received the maximum number of applicants according to the demand because it attracted the most seats.

RGUKT Srikakulam Campus B. Tech fee is Rs. 2,16,000 throughout the course, which includes most components of the teaching and learning experience of the students in the University.
