REC Banda Placement Process

The training and placement Cell sends invitations to the companies via email/telephone.
Job Announcement Form (JAF) is sent to the companies in contains information related to the job description, job profile, and place of posting.
Then the companies send back the JRF with all the details to the REC Banda placement cell within 10-15 days.
Interested candidates can sign the JAF to participate in Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda placements.
Dates are allotted to the companies for conducting the REC Banda placement drive.
Companies will shortlist the candidates based on their resumes.
Finally, students are selected based on their performance in the tests conducted by the companies.

Placement of college is good. Average package is 4 lap and maximum is 9 lap. There is also a career and placement cell in college. 50 percent of students are placed in 2023. Some students don’t opt for placement.

The quality of placement here is nice I would offer you to go for campus placements the percentage of student here plays are 70% the highest packages allotted is 400000 per annum in information technology branch. The colleges also supportive replacements there is also training and placement cell

The place the placement ratio hear is a nice around average placement comes up to 5 lakh per annum and the placement is above 90% over all if you were you have the skilled and you will surely get placed

Rajkiya Engineering College,Banda is better than Sonbhadra in terms of infrastructure and placement. Classes are going online right now due to covid-19 pandemic. Admission is done through score of UPSEE/UPTU examination and counseling.
