New upcoming building is very beautiful and vast with all different facilities .Our college boasts modern classrooms equipped with smart boards, projectors, and comfortable seating for interactive learning. The laboratories are well-furnished with state-of-the-art equipment for practical experimentation. The library offers a vast collection of books, journals, and digital resources. Additionally, the sports center includes courts, a gym, and recreational areas for physical development.
Best professors I study a comprehensive curriculum of political science focused on real-world applications, aiming to develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The quality of teaching is excellent, with experienced faculty providing personalized guidance. The curriculum is regularly updated to reflect industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring relevance in today's competitive world.and
The quality of placements at my college was impressive, with over 90% of students securing jobs. The highest salary package, ₹20 LPA, went to a student from Computer Science. The average salary stood at ₹8 LPA. The placement process was smooth and well-organized, and the college provided strong support through training programs, which made the experience pleasant and successful.
It was very cost friendly providing multiple scholarship to us .It's costed me 15k per year provided me with multiple opportunities for personal holistic development.
There were multiple society and i was part of dance society which gave me opportunity to explore multiple college participate in various fests, and meet new people not just in university only but internationally as well i got chance to learn from international artist
College infrastructure is really good , it is surrounded with greenery and lush , the college is brick red in colour it really gives you country core vibe and the classroom is really big , the canteen is so good and the food is really good there and laboratories are also modular and updated , the college has their own gym and all sports activities are played .
I was studying Bachelors in Life sciences and the faculty was really good , the teachers were so hospitable and they all had good experience and we had many activities conducted in college , fest and it gives us exposure we had societies here , elections are also conducted the college really had nice atmosphere and exposure.
Ramjas College has really good placement they have their own placement cell, where they call industries and companies for placement , Students pursuing economics, Bcom and statistics really have good placement. The average package offered is upto 7 lakhs and the college is really supportive and they shape your personality and prepare you for interviews.
This college is definitely value for money , You get the best exposure compared to the fees , the fees is very affordable.
Ramjas has the best crowd and campus as it is near by to the other colleges of North campus, you feel the diversity and inclusivity and people from every culture have their own representation and society you get to see the difference culture , you get to meet them and learn about them and it's just so much exciting and fun there .
Getting any of the Colleges is North campus has its own vibe and atmosphere.
College having average experience which leads to the better infrastructure and facilities which having average classrooms, average laboratory facilities, college having no hostel and Wi-Fi facilities, this needs to be developed.
The quality of teaching and teachers are really good. The curriculum is updated and includes all the recent development as per the required industry standards. They develop skill and provide good experience to us as which makes us ready for job.
Quality of placement at the college which leads to an average. The percentage of placement at the college is not much more as well. They offers average salary package with 3-4 LPA only. College is not supportive for placements.
The college has average infrastructure but could be maintained better. The library has good collection but poorly organized. Hostels are a good option for people planning to manage their expenses. Clean and good food.
I was doing BA English Honors. One of the best departments for English literature. Best faculty like NAJ, SSH, SC. Now they have changed due to arbitrary ad-hoc facilities across the university. Curriculum updated.
Placements were mostly for commerce students. But they used to have good placement cell from which some of my friends got placed. They used to have a telegram channel to update all important information.
yes, less fees compared to other colleges. 13k. yes English department, history department, political science departments are really good there.
1 college have all the necessary facilities and equipments available for students like ground and courts for cricket, football, badminton, basketball and volleyball plus GYM with a trainer. 2 Ramjas also have laboratory, library, hostel but smart boards are not well maintained in every classroom 3 college have good cleanness and hygiene
honestly, In my one year of studying in b.com (hon) the teachers who taught us were good but I think it can be improved as I didn't see any skills which will make us job ready and this college being top du college disappoints a bit
What's about placements but I have hurts they are good and society also provide a workplace and environment for experience to enhance the CV of a student also various internship programs are also initiated in summer vacations to develop skills
Being a government college which are known as top college in commerce courses in India it's tution fee is very cheap even a poor family can afford it The is a round 15to 17 thousand rupees per year and it is worth it
Campus life is very exciting a student can participate in various competitions like badminton ,chess, volleyball and badminton competition etc they are also various festivals organised by various society
College has provided all the necessary infrastructure, facilities as well as any equipments required. But even after this it is can hardly be called well maintained. In addition there are various areas for improvement, be it the wifi strength or the canteen conditions or air conditioning of classrooms.
Academics at Ramjas are far from satisfactory. The faculty is not one bit concerned about teaching. All they worry about is winding up os syllabus somehow. The situation has even worsened after NEP where let alone the students but even the college staff and authority has no idea what is to be done and how to proceed with the newly introduced subjects or curriculum
The placements offered at ramjas college are decent as compared to other similar colleges, at least in the commerce and management domain. However there still are areas of improvement. Efforts should be made to bring large and reputed firms for recruitments to the campus
There are many classrooms and the overall infrastructure is good enough. There are 3 computer labs and the college has sports equipments for its students. The admin just needs to make sure for its regular maintenance
Ramjas has some of the best professors of Delhi University, be it science, commerce, or humanities. But if I talk about each and every professor, some professors are very good, whereas some are not very much interested in teaching.
It is on an average level right now, but year by year it is improving. When I joined the average placements offered and package offered were less, but now it's increasing. Some good companies are also coming.
Definitely value for money
Ramjas has a very big and beautiful campus to boast about.
Ramjas College has one of the best infrastructure in the north campus of Delhi University. It has a newly constructed building back in 2017 when Ramjas College completed its 100 years of inception. It has almost all the facilities required to assist the overall academics of a students. There are science laboratories, computer labs and wifi as well (however the speed is quite insufficient) It also has a economical and good canteen within the campus itself, it's not that too high in standard but can be considered as a good one.
Unlike any other government college, Ramjas College (in fact all other DU colleges as well) has a fantastic academic environment. Professors are well qualified and even among best faculties in India for their specific subjects. And in order to facilitate more, campus has a good library to study and take reference books.
For placements, I would say that it's not the best but in a good range. If you compare with other north campus colleges of Delhi University, Ramjas need to improve a lot more on placements. 70-80% of people gets placed out of those who sit for placements but the average package is 6-7 LPA and highest has gone up to 22 lpa as a CTC. However, the year on year growth on placements has increased.
Yes, it's a value for money for someone studying in Ramjas College being one the best college in all over India. With a bare minimum fees of 15,000/- per annum, you have a great crowd, access to top professors and much more.
Campus is actually big enough and has all facilities, it has sports ground etc Different hostels are there for boys and girls respectively but seats are limited.
The college has all the necessary infrastructure and facilities. It has classrooms equipped with digital systems, labs, libraries, dedicated sports room. They are not very well maintained and well utilised.
I am pursuing BCom hons degree. I am pursuing it because I am interested in the fields of finance, investment and accounting. The quality of teaching is average. No, I dont think that the curriculum is updated and includes any recent developments in the industry. No, I don't believe it is making you job ready. You have to prepare yourself side by side.
The placement quality is average. The percentage of students placed is not disclosed to the students. In my course, the highest salary offered was ~12LPA in 2024. This package was offered to BCom Hons students. However, the highest package of 25LPA was offered to someone from Statistics.
The college fee is very low as in 15,000 INR per year. Yes, the college education and the facilities provided is worth it.
The campus is very green and serene. But the buildings are very old. The students can engage in activities conducted by the societies and departments. the student crowd is high quality. However, the faculty is average. Yes, It can handle emergencies.
The college infrastructure is pretty good. But can be made better, if maintained a bit more regularly. There is a really good auditorium for programs and canteen for food. The classes are also spacious and neat.
The overall academics here is really good and the college has an overall intellectually stimulating atmosphere with many good societies that regularly hold seminars and programs. The faculty here is mostly good and are very helpful.
Ramjas also offers pretty decent placements, when compared to other delhi university colleges. Though placement might be offered more to some programs like economics or commerce. There is also a placement society which invites good companies.
Ramjas is extremely good in this aspect. It's fees is considerably less when compared to other colleges of it's tier.
There are many societies here and most lg them are very good. They constantly hold hold fun programs of all sorts.
Hello,
For undergraduate programme in Ramjas college, first you need to register on the official site of Delhi University. Registration will proceed once you do the payment. Then you can select Ramjas college for which merit list will be published by the officials on the basis of the marks scored in the 12th examinations. There is also an exam conducted DUET by NTA. Hi
Ramjas college admits students on the basis of their 12th score. Cut-offs usually go high and mostly above 90% in boards is required. There is no entrance conducted right now for BA History.
Hope this helps!
